A sales agency got a working AI product it can sell to every CPA client
The agency serves accounting firms but had no AI product to offer them. We ran a workshop that built a real agent live on the call. The founder left knowing how to build more on his own.
The problem
A sales agency focused on accounting and tax-planning firms wanted to add an AI product to their lineup. Their CPA clients needed help. They just did not know how to build or package it. The founder was technical enough to learn and wanted to do it himself going forward.
What we built
- A live build during the workshop. The founder watched one real workflow go from idea to deployed agent in the same session. No slides. No theory. Just a working thing at the end.
- A call quality agent built for CPA firms. The AI listens to inbound sales calls, scores how well the rep handled them, and flags any call where response time or qualifying questions fell short. A manager used to do this by spot-checking recordings. The AI does it on every call.
- A template that works across all his clients. The same agent can be repackaged for each CPA firm with their own scripts, hours, and intake details. The agency builds it once and installs it many times.
- The skills to keep building. The founder ended the session able to design and ship his own agents. The goal was independence, not dependency.
