What I do

I'm an AI consultant based in Austin, TX. I run on-site workshops for leadership teams, build Digital Chiefs of Staff for individual operators, and ship custom AI for finance, legal, healthcare, real estate, education, and just about every other industry that needs to move faster without growing headcount.

My signature format is the one-day onsite workshop. The most-shipped product is the Digital Chief of Staff. The most fun work tends to be the discovery-to-build engagements where we turn a complicated problem into a focused first phase.
