A members club pre-sold millions in memberships for a building that existed only as blueprints

You cannot photograph a club that has not been built. Working from architecture renderings and 2D blueprints, we produced photorealistic imagery and a marketing video of the finished space, and the pre-sale campaign they powered generated millions in membership revenue before the doors opened.

The problem

A private members club was selling founding memberships years before its flagship location opened. The only visual assets were architecture renderings and 2D blueprints. Traditional options were bad: wait for the building, or spend six figures on a production shoot of something that does not exist. Memberships had to be sold on a feeling, and the feeling had no photos.

What we built

  • Photorealistic imagery of the finished club, generated from the architects' renderings and floor plans. Interiors, lighting, atmosphere: the spaces members were being asked to imagine, made visible.
  • A marketing video of the finished club, built from the same source material, giving the membership team something to put in front of every prospect that felt like a tour rather than a promise.
  • Brand control throughout. The imagery had to match the club's design language exactly, because founding members at this level notice when the marketing does not match the architecture.
  • The assets went straight into the pre-sale campaign for founding memberships: the emails, the deck, the conversations.
