A private club qualified thousands of prospective members for less than 16 cents each

Recruiting thousands of founding members means researching thousands of names. Done traditionally, that qualification can run 50 dollars a lead and take a researcher months. An AI pipeline did it for under 16 cents a lead and returned a ranked, queryable list of who to invite first.

The problem

A private members club set out to recruit thousands of founding members from a raw list of candidate names. Each one needed real qualification before an invitation went out. Traditional list research runs as high as 50 dollars a lead through researchers and data services, and at thousands of names the timeline was measured in months. The club had neither the budget nor the calendar for that.

What we built

  • A qualification pipeline that takes a raw list of names and returns structured, sourced profiles: who they are, what they run, how they connect to the community the club is building.
  • Ranking on top of research. The pipeline does not just enrich names, it orders them, so the membership team always knows who to invite next instead of staring at a spreadsheet of thousands.
  • Resumable by design. Interrupted runs pick up where they left off, so a multi-thousand-name batch is an overnight job, not a babysitting job.
  • Humans still make every invitation. The AI qualifies and ranks; the founder decides who belongs. The pipeline removes the research grind, not the judgment.
