Speaker & Author · OpenClaw Install
A speaker set up an AI that manages his network so he doesn't have to
He meets hundreds of people a year but had no system to keep those relationships alive. We built a private, always-on AI assistant that watches his inbox, drafts follow-ups in his voice, and flags who he hasn't talked to in too long.
The problem
A speaker and author had a valuable professional network but no way to stay on top of it. Follow-ups slipped. New connections went cold. He needed an AI that could watch his conversations, draft messages in his voice, and surface who needed attention. And he needed it to be something he owned, not a cloud service that could change pricing or go down at a bad time.
What we built
- A private AI running on a Mac Mini in his home. He owns it. No subscription that can change or disappear. The AI is always on and always his.
- Quick access from anywhere. He can text his AI from Telegram, Slack, or iMessage. Before walking on stage, he can ask who he is meeting next and get a full brief.
- A network follow-up engine. The AI watches his email and DMs, spots new connections worth nurturing, and drafts follow-up messages in his voice. It also flags relationships that have gone quiet.
- A separate AI account for his contacts. His professional conversations stay walled off from his personal AI use. No mixing.
- Two weeks of voice tuning after setup. The AI learns his tone and judgment before running on autopilot.
