The problem
The CEO of an investment group runs on a dense calendar, a heavy travel schedule, and a small senior team: an executive assistant and a chief of staff. Every deliverable that needed his context, from board decks to meeting prep, bottlenecked on him personally re-explaining what he knows. The firm wanted an "Office of the CEO" where the context lives in systems the whole team can draw on.
What we built
- A deck-building skill trained on the CEO's real materials: what used to be a four-to-five-hour slide grind now produces a board-grade draft in about twenty minutes, with the team pushing it toward fully finished output.
- AI fluency for the people around the CEO, not just the CEO: the executive assistant now writes and modifies her own AI skills without help, and the chief of staff builds alongside in her own tools.
- Meeting-prep briefs and research workflows that pull from the firm's actual context instead of starting from a blank page.
- The next phase, designed and scheduled: an always-on shared context layer that ingests the CEO's email, calendar, and meeting transcripts into a store the whole senior team's AI can query, plus a voice-note assistant that updates the CRM from the road.
