A LinkedIn ghostwriting agency stopped losing clients who couldn't see it was working

Clients were getting real results but couldn't trace them back to the agency. One almost canceled. We built a reporting agent that surfaces wins from their inbox and a client hub that makes the work visible.

The problem

A LinkedIn ghostwriting agency worked with scientists, founders, and healthcare leaders. It was growing from 10 clients toward 50 or more. But clients couldn't see what they were getting. One landed a medical advisor role and never connected it to the agency. Another almost canceled. The outcomes were real. The problem was they lived in the client's inbox and never made it back as proof of value.

What we built

  • Clients can now see the wins the agency already earned for them. A weekly AI agent pulls each client's LinkedIn activity, reads their incoming messages for outcomes like board invitations and partnership requests, and adds them to the monthly report. Before this, those wins stayed in the client's inbox.
  • Each client gets a hub in Notion with their goals, strategy, and results in one place. They can submit context via a form, a file upload, or a voice note. AI reads all of it and writes the strategy doc so the team doesn't do it by hand.
  • Every drafted post goes through a science-claim check before it goes out. The agency works with PhDs and physicians. A hallucinated citation gets a client fired. AI approves clean posts and flags risky ones for a human.
  • Each client gets metrics chosen for their specific goals. One wants speaking gigs. Another wants partnerships. AI picks the numbers that matter for that person instead of showing everyone the same dashboard.
  • A full audit mapped the agency's 11-step client journey, found where humans were doing what AI should, and rebuilt the client profile around real outcomes like board seats and advisory roles instead of follower counts.
