A Notion client hub plus a weekly LinkedIn analytics agent helped an agency scale from 10 to 50+ clients without losing the human touch.
The problem
A LinkedIn ghostwriting agency for scientists, founders, and healthcare leaders was scaling from a 10-client boutique to 50+ clients. The ICP was shifting from vanity metrics (likes, followers) to business outcomes (board seats, advisory roles, partnerships, deal flow). The engine produced those outcomes but clients could not see it. One client got a medical advisor role and did not connect it back to the agency. Another almost canceled.

- Phase 2 Client Hub MVP: Notion master template + per-client instances, onboarding intake (forms, file upload, voice notes, 20-question), strategy bible, post-review with auto-approve workflow
- Comment-quality Claude Skill with science-claim guardrails
